Naren Kothiyal is a former Director, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and an internationally experienced tourism strategist with over 40 years of expertise in tourism policy, destination development, investment promotion, and sustainable tourism. Having represented Incredible India across Europe, North America, South America, and the Caribbean, he has subsequently advised governments and global consulting firms on landmark tourism master plans and investment strategies in India and abroad, including projects for PMRDA, the Government of Delhi, the Government of Malawi, and Ananthagiri Hills. A graduate of the University of Delhi with a Diploma in Tourism Management, he currently serves as Advisor & Mentor to the Uttarakhand Tourism Professionals Association (Regd.), continuing to shape sustainable and globally competitive tourism initiatives..!
