ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

PhpYouth Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is offering a 6-month internship opportunity for MCA students of GBPIET Pauri who want to build a long-term career in digital marketing, website design, SEO, and website management.

This opportunity is specially intended for candidates from the hilly region of Uttarakhand who are sincere, hardworking, and willing to learn practical digital skills in a professional work environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Be an MCA student of GBPIET Pauri
• Be from the hilly region of Uttarakhand
• Have a strong interest in Digital Marketing and Website Design
• Be interested in building a long-term career in digital marketing
• Be willing to work from Sector 81, Faridabad, during the internship period
• Be sincere, disciplined, and career-focused
• Have basic computer and internet knowledge
• Have good communication and writing skills

INTERNSHIP ROLE

The selected candidates will work as Digital Marketing & Website Design Interns and will get practical training and hands-on work experience in different areas of digital marketing and website management.

WHAT THE INTERNS WILL LEARN

During the internship, selected candidates will receive practical exposure and training in the following areas:

Social Media Management

• Creating and managing social media content
• Planning posts for different platforms
• Understanding audience engagement
• Managing brand presence on social media

Meta Paid Ads Management

• Basics of Facebook and Instagram advertising
• Campaign setup and management
• Audience targeting
• Ad performance tracking
• Basic reporting and performance analysis

Search Engine Optimization

• Keyword research
• On-page SEO
• Blog writing
• SEO content planning
• Link building
• Website ranking improvement strategies

Website Management

• Creating new website pages
• Updating existing website pages
• Uploading and formatting content
• Managing website images and sections
• Basic website testing and updates

STIPEND AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

• Selected interns will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month for 6 months.
• Based on performance, discipline, and learning progress, there will be a possibility of permanent extension as a Trainee at ₹15,000 per month.
• After completing one year with the company, the candidate may be brought onto the company payroll with an annual package of ₹2,40,000 per annum , subject to performance and company requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

This internship will help students gain practical industry experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Design, Social Media Management, Paid Ads Management, and Website Management.
