While his playing career remained largely confined to the domestic circuit, it laid the foundation for a coaching journey spanning more than a decade across various levels of Indian cricket.

Ghosh is no stranger to national duty. He previously served as the fielding coach of the Indian women's cricket team, including during their tour of Australia in 2021.
