HYROX Mumbai 2026 Date and Venue
HYROX Mumbai 2026 ran from 17 to 20 September at Hall 6 of the NESCO Centre, also known as the Bombay Exhibition Centre, in Goregaon East. The venue sits off the Western Express Highway, opposite Mahananda Dairy. It is an indoor, air-conditioned exhibition hall, which suits a race held at the tail end of the monsoon.
A note on dates: some third-party websites list the event as 18 to 20 September because their records start from the second day. The official HYROX race listing and race reports cover 17 to 20 September, so we follow those dates. You can see the official details on the HYROX Mumbai event page.
How HYROX Mumbai Grew: From 2025 to 2026

Mumbai is where HYROX first landed in India, with a debut race in May 2025. The city’s second HYROX race came on 7 September 2025, again at NESCO Hall 6. According to Rox Lyfe, more than 3,350 athletes from over 50 countries took part, and it was only the third HYROX event ever held in India.
The 2026 edition was a step up in size. Instead of a single race day, HYROX Mumbai ran across four days, and the main divisions were listed as sold out ahead of race week. The event was presented as Masters’ Union HYROX Mumbai, and IndusInd Bank came on board as a banking partner for the city.
HYROX Mumbai 2026 Results
The Pro divisions drew international fields, and the leaderboard showed it. These are the main results as reported by Rox Lyfe:

- Men’s Pro: Fabian Eisenlauer (Germany) won in 59:28, nearly a minute clear of the field. Damien Bourke (Ireland) was second in 1:00:21 and Aidan Dwyer (Ireland) third in 1:01:00.
- Women’s Pro: Gabrielle Nikora-Baker (New Zealand) won in 1:00:18. Jennifer Nikolaus (Germany) took second in 1:01:19 and Danél Louw (South Africa) third in 1:02:24.
- Men’s Pro Doubles: Tony Revell and Ciaran Parkinson won in 51:59, the only sub-52 time reported. Ewan Applewhite and Mohamed Redaoui were second in 52:53.
- Women’s Pro Doubles: Juan-Marie Herbst and Danél Louw (both South Africa) won in 57:45. India’s Sanjana George and Tishya Sagar finished third in 1:08:43.
Louw’s weekend stood out. She finished third in the individual Pro race on Friday and then won the Pro Doubles on Saturday. Indian athletes also made the podium, and Milan Devi of India was reported as the Open Women’s winner in 1:14:14. Every finisher’s time, with split times for each station, is on the official HYROX results and rankings site.
The HYROX Race Format
HYROX does not change from city to city. You run 1 km, complete one workout station, run another 1 km, and repeat this eight times. That is 8 km of running and 8 stations, always in this order:
- SkiErg: 1,000 m
- Sled Push: 50 m
- Sled Pull: 50 m
- Burpee Broad Jumps: 80 m
- Rowing: 1,000 m
- Farmers Carry: 200 m
- Sandbag Lunges: 100 m
- Wall Balls: 100 reps
Because the course is identical worldwide, your Mumbai time can be compared directly with an athlete racing in Europe or Australia.
HYROX Divisions in Mumbai
The 2026 race offered several ways to compete. The course is the same for everyone. What changes is the weight you move and who you race with.
- Open: the standard solo division and the usual starting point for first-timers.
- Pro: solo, with heavier weights, built for experienced athletes.
- Doubles and Doubles Pro: you and a partner share the station work, in men’s, women’s, and mixed categories.
- Relay: a team of four, with each athlete covering part of the course.
- Adaptive: a division for athletes with disabilities, with races held for men and women.
Exact weights and movement standards are published in the official HYROX rulebook.
HYROX Mumbai Ticket Price
HYROX uses dynamic pricing, which means the price of a ticket rises as spots fill. According to a ticket snapshot on RoxRadar, the 2026 prices in Mumbai were:
- Singles (Open and Pro): ₹8,252
- Doubles: ₹7,934 per person
- Relay: ₹4,474 per person
- Adaptive: ₹8,252
- Spectator: ₹678 for one day
These are 2026 figures, and the race is over, so treat them as a guide to what a future Mumbai race could cost, not as a current price. Doubles and Relay tickets are bought per athlete, and spectators need their own ticket.
Will There Be a HYROX Mumbai 2027?
When we checked on 3 November 2026, HYROX had not announced a Mumbai date for 2027. The next India races on the calendar are in Gujarat, Noida, and Bengaluru (details below). When a Mumbai date is announced, it will appear on the official HYROX race calendar. Mumbai’s last two races sold out, so it is worth preparing early.
To be ready when it does:
- Create an account on the official HYROX India website.
- Keep an eye on the HYROX Mumbai event page for the ticket sale date.
- Decide your division (Open, Pro, Doubles or Relay) and, for Doubles and Relay, finalise your partner or team early.
- Read the ticket terms, including the optional flexibility add-on for name changes and refunds, before you pay.
- Carry a valid photo ID for check-in. Nobody can check in on your behalf.
How to Reach NESCO Centre, Goregaon East

NESCO is one of the easier large venues in Mumbai to reach. Based on venue information published by the exhibition organiser Messe Frankfurt India, the options are:
- By metro: Goregaon East station on Mumbai Metro Line 7 (Red Line) is about a five-minute walk from the venue.
- By train: Goregaon station on the Western Line is the nearest railway station, and the venue is on the eastern side of the Western Express Highway.
- By air: the airport is roughly 12 km away. Prepaid taxis from the airport are the simplest option.
- By cab or auto: tell the driver “NESCO Centre, Goregaon East” so you are not taken to a Goregaon West address.
Metro timings and routes can change, so check the latest on the official Mumbai Metro website before race day.
How to Train for a HYROX Race
Athletes who raced in Delhi told ThePrint that they began race-specific preparation anywhere from five or six weeks to three months before the event. A simple plan looks like this:
- Running: regular easy runs plus intervals around 1 km pace, since you will run eight times.
- Compromised running: run straight after a station, such as sled work or wall balls, so your legs get used to it.
- Station practice: SkiErg, rowing, sled, sandbag lunges, and wall balls every week.
- Strength: squats, deadlifts, lunges, and carries for leg and grip strength.
- Simulations: a half or full run-through every few weeks to practise pacing.
Equipment such as SkiErgs and sleds is not available at every gym. HYROX has an official training club finder and a preparation guide to help. If you have a medical condition or an injury, check with a doctor before starting a hard training block.
A strong running base helps a lot, and road races are a good way to build it. You can find upcoming races in our upcoming marathons in Mumbai list.
