HYROX Noida 2027 Date and Venue

HYROX Noida takes place from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 January 2027. The official HYROX India event page lists the venue as IEML (India Expo Mart), Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. IEML, also known as the India Expo Centre and Mart, is one of the largest exhibition venues in the Delhi NCR region.

A note on the name: the race is called HYROX Noida, but the venue is in Greater Noida, a few exits further along the Noida to Greater Noida corridor. Keep this in mind when booking a hotel or cab. Check the latest details on the official HYROX Noida event page and the IEML event listing.

Why HYROX Noida Matters

HYROX reached India in 2025, and Delhi NCR has already hosted races at Yashobhoomi (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi, in July 2025 and July 2026. Noida adds a second NCR venue to the India calendar and opens the 2027 part of the 2026/27 season, ahead of Bengaluru in May 2027.

It is also a good option for athletes who live in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad or eastern Delhi, since the venue is reachable by the Noida Metro. IEML’s own calendar also lists India MedTech Expo 2027 at the same complex from 14 to 16 January, so it is sensible to expect busier roads and hotels around the venue in that week and to book early.

HYROX Noida Race Schedule

The official event page lists the race schedule, the number of run laps, the relay briefing and the early athlete registration timings as to be confirmed, and marks the schedule as provisional and subject to change. This means we do not yet know which divisions race on which of the three days.

On HYROX’s India pages, athletes pick a race day when they buy a ticket, and individual start times are linked about three days before the event. We will update this section as soon as the Noida schedule is published.

The HYROX Race Format

HYROX does not change from city to city. You run 1 km, complete one workout station, run another 1 km, and repeat this eight times. That is 8 km of running and 8 stations, always in this order:

1. SkiErg: 1,000 m
2. Sled Push: 50 m
3. Sled Pull: 50 m
4. Burpee Broad Jumps: 80 m
5. Rowing: 1,000 m
6. Farmers Carry: 200 m
7. Sandbag Lunges: 100 m
8. Wall Balls: 100 reps

HYROX Divisions at Noida

The official Noida page offers four ways to race:

• Open: the standard solo division and the usual starting point for first-timers.
• Pro: solo, with heavier weights, built for experienced athletes.
• Doubles: you and a partner share the station work.
• Relay: a team of four, with each athlete covering part of the course.

Other India races have also offered Adaptive and Pro Doubles categories. Check the ticket shop when sales open to see exactly which divisions are available in Noida.

HYROX Noida Ticket Price and Registration Status

When we checked on 4 November 2026, HYROX had not published a ticket price or a public sale date for Noida, and independent ticket trackers listed the race as not yet on sale. HYROX uses dynamic pricing, so prices rise as spots fill and early buyers usually pay less. Until the Noida prices are out, recent India races give a rough guide:

These are not Noida prices. Doubles and Relay tickets are bought per athlete; spectators need their own ticket, and the athlete ticket covers your own race only. Always confirm the final price and the refund rules on the official page before you pay.

How to Register for HYROX Noida

1. Create an account on the official HYROX India website now, so you are ready when sales open.
2. Keep an eye on the HYROX Noida event page for the ticket sale date and prices.
3. Decide your division (Open, Pro, Doubles or Relay) and, for Doubles and Relay, finalise your partner or team early.
4. Read the ticket terms, including the optional Flex Add-On for name changes and refunds, before you pay.
5. After buying, personalise your ticket in your HYROX account. This is needed for name changes and photo packages.

Race Day Check-In

The Noida page says on-site athlete registration opens for each division 90 minutes before the first start wave of that division. At other HYROX India races, athletes have had to bring a physical copy of their photo ID, and nobody could check in on someone else’s behalf. Plan the same for Noida and confirm the final rule on the official page. At check-in, athletes at India races have received a wristband, a timing chip, and a bib number.

How to Reach IEML (India Expo Mart), Greater Noida

• By metro (best option): the nearest station is Knowledge Park II on the Noida Metro Aqua Line, which the Noida Metro Rail Corporation has described as roughly 500 metres from the venue, so it is a short walk or an e-rickshaw ride. From Delhi, take the Blue Line to Noida Sector 52, walk to Noida Sector 51, switch to the Aqua Line towards Depot Station, and get off at Knowledge Park II. • By air: Indira Gandhi International Airport is roughly 45 to 55 km from the venue, and the road journey usually takes around one to one and a half hours, depending on traffic. Prepaid taxis and cab apps are available at the airport.
• By road: follow signs for the Noida to Greater Noida corridor, Pari Chowk and Knowledge Park II. January mornings in Delhi NCR can be foggy, so allow extra time, especially if your division starts early.

How to Use the Next Ten Weeks Before HYROX Noida

Race day is about ten weeks away, which fits the 8 to 12 weeks of structured preparation most coaches suggest for a first race. A simple way to split the time:

• Weeks 1 to 4, build the base: regular easy runs, plus strength work such as squats, deadlifts, lunges and carries.
• Weeks 5 to 8, practise the race: add interval running around 1 km pace, regular station practice, and compromised running, which means running straight after a station such as sled work or wall balls.
• Weeks 9 and 10, rehearse and rest: do one or two half simulations to test pacing and transitions, then reduce volume in the final week so you arrive fresh.

Use the official HYROX training club finder to find equipment near you, since SkiErgs and sleds are not available at every gym.
