Feeling truly proud of the way our Uttarakhand Sports Foundation family came together to make the 9th November Sadasyata Grahan Samaroh, organized on the occasion of Uttarakhand Diwas, a great success. The way we all managed the event as one strong unit was inspiring.
From the initial planning stages to the final execution, our leadership team held multiple meetings in the last few weeks. All of them are Entrepreneurs or hold reputable positions in the corporate sector. Reaching out to 75-plus Entrepreneurs and corporate leaders and convincing them to join the Uttarakhand Sports Foundation was not an easy task, yet everyone put in extraordinary effort. Their commitment made all the difference.
Gratitude to Mr. Manoj Dobhal ji and Mr. Sandeep Rawat ji for beautifully drafting the Mission and Vision slides of the foundation. Their clarity helped us present a strong roadmap to our newly joined Sadasyas.
Every team member stayed on standby throughout the event. Everyone reached the venue by 12 noon and took complete ownership of their responsibilities.
From setting up mementos, arranging photos of our legends, placing banners and standees, welcoming guests, distributing ID cards, assisting during dinner and drinks, to seeing off every guest at the parking area, the teamwork was outstanding.
As a foundation this was our first time managing a corporate-style event, yet we handled everything with confidence and sincerity.
If we continue working with this level of commitment, we will surely achieve our dream of empowering our Uttarakhandis through sports.
